Todd Holcomb

Todd Holcomb has twenty-five years of experience collaborating with CEOs and their leadership teams to forge fresh futures—starting with a clear purpose, then igniting everyone around it. He is a systems and design thinker, with a deep practice in developing original, daring ideas—harnessing the creative genius in every individual—to further meaningful change in the world. He has helped to shape and design brand experiences and innovation efforts at IBM, Brand Jordan, Gap, UPS, and Nike, just to name a few. Currently, Todd is working with companies and organizations to embed planet-centric design methodologies into business strategy and product development to address the climate crises. 

Todd also brings a deep bench of innovation in the educational domain, having helped pioneer new curricula, pedagogy, leadership and innovation initiatives in a variety of educational settings. Specifically, Todd has helped build innovative curriculum in Systems Thinking and Entrepreneurship at Avenues The World School, helped launch the XQ Super School initiative, led the education non-profit The Future Project, launched the Millennium on-line learning community Forum, and contributed to the well-being curriculum for the Millennium middle school. He has also served on the board of directors at Marin Montessori School where he helped launch a whole-student middle school, and currently serves on the board of directors for the Drew School in San Francisco.

Todd also believes in the power of connection and serves on the board of directors for Plus Wonder, dedicated to building relationships and partnerships that matter, and he also helped launch the new ODC Dance Commons for greater access to all creative talent in San Francisco. 

Todd holds a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University, and Masters of Science in Education from Bankstreet College. His son, Miles is a junior at Drew.
