Is Hacky Sacking making a comeback to 2023? It might be for the Drew Community, as some students have been exploring the art of the Hacky Sack.
A game of bonding with fellow peers has shown the spirit of the Drew Community. You may find yourself asking: “How did this start?” Well, it started with an advisor at Drew School exploring new and unique ways for students to learn more about each other. It grew from there, as students from all grades joined as they passed the hacky-sackers in the hall. This is something that would only happen at the Drew Community, because everyone is included and no one is excluded. They're tackling new techniques such as shoes-on vs. shoes-off, huddled-close vs spaced-out, as they try to master this new activity.
For Drew students: If you want to try your hand (well…foot…) at this game, feel free to come to the third floor every Tuesday where you can join the hacky-sack party!
