Bradley James is a full-time parent and former trustee of the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (SFMOMA), one of the largest modern and contemporary art museums in the United States. During her 16 years on the board, she served on the Education and Community Engagement Committee and championed initiatives that expanded educational programming, broadened community partnerships, and deepened public engagement.

Bradley grew up in Southern Illinois and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the College of Arts & Science, both at the University of Missouri-Columbia.

As a new member of the Drew community, Bradley brings significant board experience and a lifelong passion for education to her work. She is excited to support Head of School, Saya, and the entire Drew team in advancing academic excellence, fostering belonging, and building an environment where students are empowered to thrive both personally and intellectually.

Bradley and her husband, Chris James, have three sons: Jasper (Branson 2025), Calder (Branson 2029), and Loc. Loc transferred to Drew this year and is passionate about music and flag football. As a family, they spend much of their free time outdoors—skiing, riding horses, and sitting around campfires. They are loyal Golden State Warriors fans.
