Logan McDougal
Logan McDougal is a Consultant with global advisory and executive recruiting firm Egon Zehnder. He’s worked in a variety of industries – services, technology, consumer products, and financial services – and executive roles across the US, Europe, and globally.
Prior to joining the Drew board, Logan was also a board member for the Creative Arts Charter School (CACS) in San Francisco, which combines direct experience with an arts-integrated focus. Prior to this, Logan was a board member for the Pechersk School International Kyiv, an International Baccalaureate-granting institution based in Ukraine.
Logan was inspired by Drew’s belief in each child and the vision of ‘what high school should be’ to join the Drew Board. He brings to the Board a deep combination of business and academic experience, together with a passion for running schools with both ambition and sound economics.
He attended Williams College, where he studied Political Science and Soviet Studies. Following this, Logan received an additional degree from the London School of Economics in Politics, focusing on Russian economic reform. He also holds an MBA in Finance from the Booth School at the University of Chicago. Logan has three children, with his oldest Quincy studying business at Loyola University of Chicago having graduated from Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory. His second son Xavier, Drew Class of 2023, enjoys sports, fitness, and aspires to be a zoologist. His daughter Zoe, Lick-Wilmerding Class of 2026, enjoys dance, music, and literature. Logan and his family are avid travelers, skiers, and aspiring chefs, and have two Labrador Retrievers.
