A recipe book (fried chicken and accompaniments)
Crispy. Juicy. Crunchy. Spicy. Tender. How do you like your fried chicken? For this challenge, you will explore fried chicken recipes from around the world, test cooking methods like baking and frying, and vary ingredients in order to develop your own recipe for THE BEST fried chicken. You will also perfect a side dish or dipping sauce. Cooking experience is not required. Vegetarians and vegans are welcome.
