Thank you for your interest in Drew!

Welcome to Drew!

Drew believes in teenagers - their ideas, their dreams, their opinions, and their potential. That’s why we’ve created a high school community that challenges the traditional definition of success and celebrates achievement one student at a time.

The admission process for the 2019-2020 school year begins in mid-September. Please check this space for important dates and links.

Incoming members of the Class of 2022 and transfer students: please visit the special enrollment page for information specific to you.

Best,
Joanna Lovett
Acting Director of Admissions

  • Create a Student Profile

Using Ravenna, create a student profile. Once you have created a Ravenna account, search for Drew School in Ravenna's directory and select “Explore” or “Apply.”
  • Attend a School Fair

School fairs are an opportunity to interact with adult and student members of the Drew community and ask questions.

  • Attend an Open House

Drew Open House events are fun, exciting, and interesting opportunities for parents and students together to visit classrooms, meet faculty, students, program leaders and hear important messages from Head of School David Frankenberg. Registration is required and may be scheduled in your Ravenna profile.

    2018 Open House dates TBA.
  • Schedule a Visit and Interview

Students have the opportunity to shadow a current Drew student and attend two to three classes on a typical day. During this time, the student is interviewed by a member of the Admissions team who is eager to get to know you. The interview is a conversation about you and an opportunity to answer questions about Drew. You may schedule this through Ravenna.
  • Schedule an Interview Only (Optional)

Interviews are a mandatory part of the admissions process at Drew. All student visitors are interviewed. However, if a visit is not possible for you, interview-only afternoons are offered between 4 and 6 p.m. You may schedule these through Ravenna.
  • Attend a Parent Coffee or Regional Event

These events are offered as smaller group experiences. Details to be determined.
Drew admits students of any race, color, religion, sexual orientation, national and ethnic origin, or handicap to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities of the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sexual orientation, national or ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, scholarship programs, athletic and other school-administered programs.

Drew knows and believes in teenagers. We engage each student in a process of intellectual discovery to develop an individual voice, the confidence to express it, and the empathy to understand its impact.
