Welcome Week Retreats Recap
At Drew, Welcome Week is an opportunity to kick-off the year with an emphasis on building community. Each grade level engaged in a variety of activities to get to know each other better, including riding mechanical bulls and boating in Golden Gate Park.
 12th Grade Retreat: They began the morning with a “Protect the Egg” challenge, where each advisory was given a bag of materials they could use to protect their egg from the concrete below. In the afternoon they went for an urban hike to go bowling in the Presidio. Click here for more 12th grade photos.  11th Grade Retreat: Students met at Stagecoach Greens to spend the day together, play a round on the Boom or Bust mini-golf course, and explore all the tasty bites SPARK Social has to offer. Click here for more 11th grade photos.  10th Grade Retreat: Drew 10th graders spent their retreat at Golden Gate park for picnics and play. They rotating between a photo scavenger hunt, games in the park, and boating in Stow Lake.
