Gregory T. Stern
Greg is CEO and a founding partner of Butler, Shine, Stern & Partners, an advertising agency based in Sausalito. One of the largest independent agencies in the west, BSSP has provided creative and strategic solutions to a range of clients including MINI Cooper, Priceline, Nature Made, El Pollo Loco, Greyhound, and others in the areas of advertising, digital marketing, media planning and buying, brand identity and graphic design.
Greg served three terms as a trustee of SFJAZZ and was recently appointed its CEO in April. He is currently co-chair of the 4As (ad industry trade group) and spent six years on the board of Marin Horizon School. His daughter Lily graduated with the Drew class of '17. Greg's wife Catherine is the co-founder of the non-profit, Project Grace (project-grace.org)

Greg says the most rewarding aspect of serving as a Drew School Trustee is liking and respecting the school more deeply as he gets to know it better.
Drew knows and believes in teenagers. We engage each student in a process of intellectual discovery to develop an individual voice, the confidence to express it, and the empathy to understand its impact.
