Biography

Start year at Drew: 1973

What is your favorite part about being at Drew?
It’s impossible to limit this to one thing. I like the students and the faculty. I like the Learning Resource Center, and I very much like having the opportunity to help our students find ways to improve their performance and work more effectively. And I love seeing our students’ work in the arts, including the musical and dramatic performances.

What is your life like beyond Drew and what are your favorite activities and passions?                 My greatest passion is opera, followed by all sorts of serious music. Then there is reading on a wide variety of topics, including literature, poetry, science, history, archaeology, and of course brain science and other topics related to my specialty. I love and collect oriental rugs. I enjoy gourmet cooking.  My husband and I grow roses and collect wine.  In addition, I have a private practice in educational therapy and do psycho-educational assessments.
