See the Drew Difference
What is “the Drew Difference”?
At Drew, engaged faculty teach a competitive, rigorous college preparatory curriculum to motivated, intellectually curious students. But this is only the beginning. The Drew Difference can be felt the moment you walk in our door, and seen from Drew’s classrooms to as far away as Africa and Central America. Drew students are encouraged to identify their unique talents and explore new venues of growth and self expression, while respecting how each member of our community makes a difference. Drew students and faculty are a community, a family, proud to be at Drew and supportive of their peers. Faculty and students are strong allies in the learning process, and faculty teach beyond the curriculum – mentoring students individually and emphasizing character, values, self-confidence and commitment to community.
Drew’s “education for life” sparks a keen desire to be an active participant in learning and personal growth, and inspires individuals to continue their discovery far beyond these walls. Furthermore, students follow their passions beyond the classroom through unique programs like annual DEALL (Drew Education for Active Lifelong Learning) Days, Friday Electives, Community Service, and the 3-week Senior Project.
